Subflags edit
All the previous editions of Miss Teen USA have their state flags on the list of contestants and results. Why does this article have to be any different: it is still Miss Teen USA, and there ain't any differences. I suggest returning back those subflags because they have relevance to the contestants and the state, as they represent the state they are from. Jesteron27 (talk) 01:05, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
- Agree, MOS:FLAGRELEVANCE does not apply here, and we should stop acting as if it is a blanket policy when the policy states the flags are permitted when there is "direct relevance," which I believe there clearly is. The flags should not be removed without consensus agreeing that there is no direct relevance in pageantry articles, and there is not that consensus. { [ ( jjj 1238 ) ] } 03:17, 3 October 2022 (UTC)

Flags are a representation of these states, and by removing these subflags because of MOS:FLAGRELEVANCE does not make sense AT ALL. Most editors would agree, that even for a very long time, even the veteran ones, that subflags in beauty pageant articles are RELEVANT, and should not be removed. Beyond that, there shouldn't be any discussion or consensus about it. Jesteron27 (talk) 02:11, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
