Beat the Intro edit
Mindscape published a Nintendo DS game called "Beat The Intro", developed by Route 1 Games. However, I don't know when the game was released, or pretty much anything other than what the game is called and what you do in it. ToastUltimatum (talk) 23:48, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

Help - clarify history; correct rename date from 1993 to 1994 and cite sources edit

Since this is a redirect page from The_Software_Toolworks which is also documented in this article, I suggest clarifying, at the end of the first paragraph in the article, the confusing interaction between the companies and their names. One possibility:
Mindscape was acquired in 1990 by The Software Toolworks. Four years later, Toolworks adopted the name Mindscape.[1]
I also suggest adding the following line at the end of the History of Toolworks section. This would correct, document and replace the 1993 and 1994 timeline entries in the section above, which could then be removed. (The LA Times article is dated April 1 but the acquisition closed around May 2.)
In May 1994 Toolworks was purchased by Pearson PLC for $503 million[2]. That October it adopted the name Mindscape[1]
