Junior? edit
Ok, I'm sorry but I have to ask. If his dad's name is TED why is his name "MIKE JR"?
- Because his granddad is mike dibiase sr.
- Having your granddad's name doesn't make you a Jr. Mike DiBiase II would be more accurate, not Mike DiBiase Jr. -James Duggan 00:26, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
- II doesn't make sense either, it's not what he's named - his name is Michael Dibiase, he's called Mike - the name of the article is wrong. If anything there should be some sort of parenthesis used to differentiate them, not the "II" since it's not his name, he's not named "Michael Dibiase the second". Since his grandfather's article is at Michael DiBiase, shouldn't this one be at Mike DiBiase, without the II at the end? --James Duggan 05:09, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
Is he signed to WWE? edit

December 8, 2008? edit
In the article's last paragraph, it says "On December 8, 2008, DiBiase won the NWA North American Heavyweight Championship by defeating Damien Wayne." Unless someone's a psychic, this is the wrong date. I'm assuming it's December 8, 2007, but since I don't know for sure I'm not going to change it. Mike edit
Is there any need for the Mike in the into of this page (Michael "Mike" DiBiase).It seems redunant to me since it states that he goes by Mike in the infobox.Just wondering caue there are many pages like this. (MgTurtle (talk) 02:14, 29 June 2009 (UTC)).
- Well, I personally like. I believe it's because he doesn't wrestle under his real name, rather an abbreviation of it (Mike is short for Michael), so it makes more sense to say "Michael "Mike" DiBiase is a professional wrestler", than "Michael DiBiase is a professional wrestler better known by his ring name Mike DiBiase". I'm sure you'll agree, that is a lot more redundant than "Michael "Mike" DiBiase. ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 06:56, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
But where this is stated, I feel like this is the area for the person's real name instead of their nickname becuase that is what it is a nickname.To me it's like putting their stage name where their birth name goes.I noticed that Ric Flair's page is not like this for example.Maybe I'm just being too concerned with this but it is how I feel about it.Okay maybe this can go on the WikiProject for Pro Wrestling and see if anyone else feels this way or not.Thanks for you input.(MgTurtle (talk) 14:32, 29 June 2009 (UTC)).
Where is he now? edit
While browsing a local independent organization's website, I noticed that Mike DiBiase (who I did not yet know exited) was listed in their Roster section. When I looked up this Wikipedia article, I took note of the fact the Fusion Pro Wrestling Championship is listed as one of his accomplishments, while FPW is another fed (which just shut down, actually) here in Colorado. So is Mike then presently based in Colorado, since he had this one previous title reign and is listed on a website?
