I have been on both sides of an edit war regarding the story from June 14 about Rep. Callton's response to Rep. Lisa Brown's comments. I remind all editors to keep the following guidelines in mind:
The controversy is itself a notable event since it was picked up by the mainstream press.
Any Wikipedia coverage must be written from a neutral point of view and must be sourced.
Major edits should be discussed here, on the talk page.
