Requested move edit

I had requested a move from midget cars to midget car (plural fix), but I WITHDRAW MY REQUEST as User:Recury has come up with an even better concept for this article. Royalbroil 17:16, 24 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Outboard midgets edit

In the '30s & '40s, there were also midgets powered by 2-cycle Evinrude engines, which often raced on board tracks. I don't see them mentioned.... TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 16:39, 21 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Lime Rock Park race -- when? edit

In the Lime Rock Park article the famous Formula Libre race won by Rodger Ward in a Midget occurred in 1959; here it's said to have been in 1969. While I'm certainly not enough of a racing historian to know which year is correct (leaning toward '59) I'm sure that there is an editor who is. Please adress this glaring discrepancy and we'll all appreciate it. 75.216.30.108 (talk) 23:24, 20 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Definitely 1959 - he went on to race the same car in the US Grand Prix at Sebring that year, and was left standing. Mr Larrington (talk) 15:12, 25 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
