Outboard midgets

In the '30s & '40s, there were also midgets powered by 2-cycle Evinrude engines, which often raced on board tracks. I don't see them mentioned.... TREKphiler ^{any time you're ready, Uhura} 16:39, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Lime Rock Park race -- when?

In the Lime Rock Park article the famous Formula Libre race won by Rodger Ward in a Midget occurred in 1959; here it's said to have been in 1969. While I'm certainly not enough of a racing historian to know which year is correct (leaning toward '59) I'm sure that there is an editor who is. Please adress this glaring discrepancy and we'll all appreciate it. 75.216.30.108 (talk) 23:24, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Definitely 1959 - he went on to race the same car in the US Grand Prix at Sebring that year, and was left standing. Mr Larrington (talk) 15:12, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
