I have some proposed changes that I would like to make to this post. I am proposing them rather than making them directly because I am a member of the HealthVault team and therefore there are COI concerns.

I'll start by listing a few subjects I'd like to modify/extend/add:

The write-up implies that web searching and the storing of medical information are integrated. This is incorrect - they are two different services, and information does not flow between them. This means (for example) that search results are not based on medical information.
The article has very little information on what a HealthVault record is, and how user's authorize others to access their data. I would like to add a section on that.
I'd like to add a "architecture" section that talks a little bit about how applications interact with the HealthVault platform and include a link to development resources.

If others are agreeable, I will propose text to address these.
