Gidday, Fourth line contains apparent contradiction by saying that thalassaemia can and can't cause microcytic anaemia. In fact, according to the thalassaemia article on Wikipedia, thalassaemia is associated with microcytic anaemia. Dr Neil Rampton. 150.191.12.12 (talk) 09:02, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Confusion edit

At the end of the article the following sentence(?) occurs:

"Every time Hb synthesis being impaired in bone marrow microcytosis can occurs such as iron deficiency and Hb pathy may occur in fact when Hb production was impaired: size of each RBCs is decreased in early stage to save mean corpuscular Hb concentration : i.e. MCHC: so MCV is decreased as compensating mechanism."

Would someone be kind enough to translate it into something that resembles standard English? Solo Owl 00:18, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
