Should a disambiguation be added? edit

Anyone looking up "Michael Marin" is being redirected to this article. A Michael Marin who was convicted of arson and who was already notable for scaling Everest and other publicized endeavours, is currently (June 29) making national headlines for apparently committing suicide in the courtroom. Obviously Michael L. Marin is not the same person, but perhaps for the sake of WP:BLP a note should be added to the top indicating that this is not the same person, especially if the Marin who died is not considered notable enough to get his own article?
