Position edit

For the record the announcement did not specifically say what position he has at MMS. There's a MMS director vacancy and some news sources jumped to say that's the position he's taking. But the announcement doesn't support that. Given his history, he usually comes in in some other form. I wish the announcement would have given him a title.
