Note that high importance was not to be used in this type of cases, they should change the whole band movement or at least part of it to be sufficiently high, i felt that mid importance was okay in this sense, note that i am neutral to Mi lu bing--Quek157 13:46, 14 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
