Light bee edit

eats his light bee? What the hell is that?

Technically he swallowed it. At the end of the ep, Lister asks Holly for Rimmer's light bee (the thing that floats around inside Rimmer to project his hologram), and he then swallows it. He then suggests going for a curry. Lugnuts 16:38, 28 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
I've added an explanatory note in the article. Incidentally, this episode introduced the light bee. --Mrwojo (talk) 18:43, 16 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Queen Victoria edit

Didn't Queen Victoria help Rimmer assassinate the Villain leaders in the Third Reich building - not Mother Theresa?

Star Trek the original series edit

Surely the plot of this episode was largely lifted from the Star Trek original series, third season episode "The Savage Curtain"? I actually watched the Red Dwarf episode first, and The Savage Curtain recently, and the similarities are striking.

While that might be, we shouldn't mention it in the article unless we can cite a source. The article mentions that it is similar to Westworld, which seems likely as well, but it might be removed unless a source is added. --Mrwojo (talk) 04:21, 27 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Song edit

I think one information is missing in section about cultural references. Elvis sings a parody on some US army march, it is very important cultural reference. But I dont know name of this song. Please, can somebody add it? Thanks. --Gjjm (talk) 18:59, 10 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

The song is known as a military cadence - I've duly added a note to the page. Pasicles (talk) 16:35, 9 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Credits edit

I know it's OR so I can't mention it in the article, but I saw a repeat of the episode yesterday and the end credit says 'Pythagorus' not 'Pythagoras'. Careless, really. LenF54 (talk) 16:51, 7 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
