What was the point of creating this article??

The content has been entirely taken from Median people, and that article has been virtually vandalized as part of this move!.PenningtonClassical (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 00:11, 10 March 2012 (UTC).

Interesting point. This was undiscussed. This had been a redirect until material was taken from Medes to create this unnecessary article. The material has been restored so this is now redundant and should be turned back into a redirct. Dougweller (talk) 08:53, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

How is it edit warring to remove "it was a kurdish dynasty" from the lead? The lead is a summary of the article, and this isn't in the article, because there are no reliable sources for it. Dougweller (talk) 08:31, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

What Kiaxar is doing is extremely disruptive, and he is going back to his own reversions. Dougweller, rather than step in to correct it and have It put back again by Kiaxar, I think page protection should be necessary. Ab hijay  ☎ 08:35, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

Well, protection is not granted for one event of edit warring. It is granted only after repeated cases of edit-warring on the same article.It is the second time he is engaged in a edit war. But to maintain our civility policies we should cool him down and discuss the matter with him first. As I've said above, this was a redirect until January and is redundant - it should still be a redirect. Ankit Maity, Kiaxar was blocked recently for this sort of behavior as you know. I tried to explain our policies on his talk page but that's been ignored. Discussion doesn't seem likely. Dougweller (talk) 08:57, 22 March 2012 (UTC)

Now since he is blocked and matter is okay, editors can now have a sweet time. I was amazed by his ignorance. He is an editor who was warned a lot before getting blocked and his personal attacks were so disparaging. His anti-Persian behaviour was ridiculous.
