!Algorithm

I think mean-shift is better described as an analysis technique. There are many algorithms for implementing such an analysis for different applications ranging from filtering, clustering, and segmentation. Sancho 22:56, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Error?

The algorithm described on the page doesn't match the algorithms described in the sources. In particular, the computation of m(x) should use the derivative of K, not K itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.2.208.232 (talk) 17:29, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
