Lebanon, Ohio was listed in single brackets intentionally as no place of publication is given in the book. However, the Society is in Lebanon, so I supplied that. In bibliography, one puts the place in single brackets when that is done. PedanticallySpeaking 16:18, Apr 21, 2005 (UTC)
