Demographics edit

The terms ethnic German and immigrant don't necessarily contradict each other, which might lead to confusion. Many nominally ethnic Germans - because really, what is this adjective worth anyway in a country mixed up of different persuasions - immigrated to end up in Marzahn, but were born in Soviet countries and have ancestry in Prussia. This might account for the high rate of the ethnic Kazakh and Russian minorities, which emigrated along the ethnic Germans. Germany born children of immigrants are granted a German pass port I'm pretty sure. So the term *ethnic* really doesn't say much in this respect, not as much as I would expect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.66.9.227 (talk) 17:34, 14 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
