hmmm...I've read that she was elected as the first Cdn MLA in Vancouver, not Nanaimo. (See ref on Vancouver page). This is according to Martin Robin, "Rush for Spoils: The Company Province" Bobanny 02:09, 19 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
