References need to be updated
The fifth reference (Hausman) needs to be updated because the link does not work. Also, the third reference (PGreenfinch) does not contain any information that relates to the sentence that it was cited in. You can't navigate the page and it looks completely unreliable which does not follow Wikipedia's pillar when it says, "All articles must strive for verifiable accuracy, citing reliable, authoritative sources..." Futhermore 3C's and 4P's is no longer accurate because if you click on the link it refers to 7 or 8P's. -Aksteph2
