• Article has been fivefold expanded fivefold, is of sufficient length, and appears well referenced. The hook is stated, backed with the relevant inline citations, and is under 200 characters. Hook looks interesting. Personally, I would have gone with "... throughout the 1930s and 1940s, child actress Marilyn Knowlden..." which is shorter, but yours might be more "hooky". One of the last 1930s Hollywood actors

This is in response to the recent removal of the text that Knowlden was one of the last surviving actors from the 1930s. Since the removed text was from the lead, it's not surprising that it lacked inline citations. After all, Wikipedia leads are meant to summarize every important detail in the main text. And yes, the main text not only has this fact, but also provides a citation (Township Journal, see 3rd paragraph). Call it trivial if you want, but it is not unsourced. It's also aged like wine, because six years have passed since the interview was published, making her even more rare in a film historical context. I think adding things like this is fine, as long as it avoids hyperboles like "star" and such. OscarL 23:30, 1 March 2021 (UTC)

Hi Oscar, that was me who removed it. You're quite correct – it is sourced in the main body of the article and thus I've restored it to the lede. Apologies. I have however just removed another sentence from the lede which talks about her spouses (they're not notable in their own right, and they're already listed in the infobox anyway).
