Mamiko Takai and the Smoking Group edit
Considering the various angles of the situation at the time, it is almost certain that it was on April 15 that the Smoking Group was photographed by Shūkan Bunshun.(But for some reason the sources don't give a specific date, though.) It was on this day, lightly drizzling, that Mamiko Takai was approached by Katsunobu Itō, a country bumpkin TV reporter with a thick accent in Harajuku. Of course, this was a set-up disguised as a coincidence. In addition, the day duty person for Yūyake Nyan Nyan that day was the beautiful and cheerful Kayoko Yoshino. She never would have dreamed that just a few hours after the program, Smoking Group including her would be photographed in such a terrible way. The scandal did change Onyanko Club forever. With Takai's arrival, Onyanko Club took a new turn. Neko100 (talk) 11:05, 29 May 2022 (UTC).
