Maps edit

Why don't articles on highways and major roads include maps of the road in question? Not just maps of the surrounding state or county, but the road itself! Saying that a road is located in so-and-so city, or listing the exits just isn't as useful! Klausner (talk) 05:26, 15 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Because someone has to make them. Maps (especially quality ones with a free license) don't grow on trees. If you or anyone else would like to help with this effort, check out Wikipedia:WikiProject Maps. —D. Monack talk 06:18, 15 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Merge with Interstate 87 (New York)? edit

I think it would make sense to merge this artice with Interstate 87 (New York) since all of the Major Deegan is overlapped with I-87. I mean, there’s no article for the Adirondack Northway, and there’s a small part of that highway that’s not even part of I-87. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.228.135.248 (talk) 20:24, 21 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
