Please note that I didn't assess this article; someone else was here before me. Here are my thoughts. There are two places where citations are lacking. The sentence, "A slightly modified MO-3..." needs a citation. The sentence, "Some distinguished individual..." can probably be moved under the previous citation without offending editorial standards. Also, the sentence is plural but only one example is given. I'd make it singular unless you plan to add more examples. I added a few edits and the (in Russian) icon.
