I've just created this article based on a few online sources that I believe were quite credible (listed in the article) as per what I do kolw about this vehicle.
I'm working in an expanded version of this article wich will include better, verifiable, published sources.

Nickname

In US English some accents drop the "g" in the suffix "ing". "Dragon" sounds like "draggin' " something over the ground, maybe in a wagon. Sammy D III (talk) 02:02, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
