This article reads like an advertisement, rather than an article. For example: "With humble beginnings Lynn Winter began her career not as a restaurateur, but as a custom woodworker in Kentucky and Northern California." I've removed the references below as it isn't clear if they were actually used. Domine, David. Insiders' Guide to Louisville. Guilford, CT: Globe-Pequot Press, 2010.
