Points expiry issue
I've reinstated the independent commentary on the points expiry issue of 2016. This was a significant recent event in Air Miles Canada history and caused substantial discussion both in Canada but also around the loyalty world. It's not sufficient in my view to be replaced with a single line referencing Air Miles own website, which can't be considered an independent source in this instance. Improvement opportunities
This article has been highlighted since December 2016 as having an overly promotional flavour. In my view it still reads too much like a corporate statement, largely outlining all of the capabilities of the LoyaltyOne business units. This article can be greatly improved by reference to independent sources, not merely Alliance Data and LoyaltyOne-sourced materials. Murtoa (talk) 00:04, 5 January 2018 (UTC)
