In the baroque style of Honthorst painted canvases, often are the portraits but there are also allegories of its known, were obviously not for sale painted.
The word-order of the last phrase looks like German; but my German is not good enough to infer the meaning of the middle of the sentence. I'm guessing that the first part means The portraits are often painted in the baroque style of Honthorst but won't bet the farm on it. —Tamfang (talk) 06:12, 14 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
So why don't you move the article? Surtsicna (talk) 14:06, 4 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
Not wanting to get into a controversy since the move was done without previous discussion by LPC (who often gets in trouble for moving articles), I preferred to simply point out the misspelling of her name & let the "mover do the moving".
No problem. I believe that fixing an obvious misspelling is more useful than complaining about it but we all differ. Surtsicna (talk) 19:26, 4 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
This was not a complaint: my reasons are reason enough. --Frania W. (talk) 19:55, 4 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
