Petty's most 80's-ish album

I guess that was Jimmy Iovine's fault after listening to the original version of the great song "Keeping Me Alive", which Iovine didn't like. There was another version of the song that was included on the Playback box set which had clearly been '80's'd up' with lots of reverb on the drums among other things. It makes me think that this whole album would have been much better had Iovine kept his fingers off of it. They should do a remix of it and change the drum and guitar sound and include the original version of "Keeping Me Alive" as a bonus track.
