Talk:Lola Shoneyin

Draft edit

Over the past few years, this entry has been initiated, edited in line with comments from the editorial team, further revised and updated. The authors reputation continues to steadily grow. A google search shows at least 100,000 results - pages from publishers, agents, literary prize pages, newspaper articles and a TED talk.

Unfortunately, the second or first result returned is the archived/rejected Wikipaedia entry featuring the negative comments about the original entry. That this should feature so prominently on a search is unfair to this author, but what is surprising is that now the article has been revised, Lola Shoneyin still cannot be found on Wikipaedia, while the google search continues to throw up the editors comments on the first ever attempt to write her a Wikipaedia entry.

Checking the google results will convince anyone that this author merits a page, so the question that remains is: having tried to edit in line with the editors comments, how can this page be resubmitted, re-reviewed so that Shoneyin can have a sensible representation on Wikipedia?
