Merge with Locke-Ober Restaurant edit

After a heavenly restaurant week meal, I popped over here to find that there were two Locke-Ober entries. Each one had different information, so I merged the two and redirected the other one over here. Since the restaurant bills itself as "Locke-Ober" rather than "Locke-Ober Restaurant" I figured this was the proper location its wiki entry.
