This should be moved to Liutprand of Cremona and Liutprand turned into a disambiguation page for this guy, the king of the Lombards, and the duke of Benevento of the same name. Too many links here should direct to the king. Srnec 03:26, 30 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

wording edit

some of the sentences in this article are nondescript and need to be reworded by a person who knows this subject. "and was born to a good family." Good family? what does this mean? Privaliged? Rich? Freindly? Skilled? It could be any.

I too think it's awkward and probably translated. I will work on it one day when I have time. ~Tozmo —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tozmo (talkcontribs) 00:35, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Cathenc (http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/09313a.htm) describes the family as ‘distinguished’. I’ll change ‘good’ to ‘prominent’. —Ian Spackman 08:17, 17 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

How is his name pronounced? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.9.112.135 (talk) 01:15, 12 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
