One note on LA 3089

The start of 3089 at La 1 and La 18 has been listed on Google Maps as Albert St, so the description mirrors that. However, when Marchand Dr. was first built, it subsumed all but one short block of Albert St., one that intersects Marchand -- Marchand carries 3089 to LA 1 and LA 18. All of 3089 there now has street signs saying Marchand Drive. LA 3064 KML
