India edit

A recent edit [1] added all of India's universities to the list, but I undid it after reading the reference source and after reading a few recent news articles. The source is rather vague as to what it considers 'smoke free'. It doesn't make clear if 'smoke free' means that you can't smoke indoors or if you can't smoke anywhere on campus. I tried to do a google search to see if I could find some articles that would clear this up and I found [2] which talks about Jadavpur University's attempt to get people to stop smoking indoors. But it doesn't seem to suggest that outdoor smoking is banned. Then I read [3] which from the first paragraph seems to indicate that the October 1, 2008 decision has to do with "enclosed public places", but not outdoors.Chhe (talk) 04:27, 9 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
