Perhaps consider adding a column for older recipients to identify the region that actually presented the award when the region alignment was different - for example, the initial presentations were made under a system of Region One to Region Twelve. Then six regions - Northeast, Southeast, South Central, North Central, East Central, Western. Then the current four regions. Mac McLean (talk) 19:15, 5 February 2017 (UTC)
