A pig list on the main page on National Pig Day? edit

If this list were to be worked on to the FLC criteria, it could one day be a worthy candidate to become a featured list. For those that aren't aware, lists now have their own part-time section on the main page, and that section seems likely to become daily later on this year. If this were featured, we would be able to seriously consider putting it on the main page, quite possibly in honour of National Pig Day. Mammals are a fairly underrepresented topic at WP:FL, so this would be taken quite seriously. —WFC— 15:17, 18 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yoga Sir edit

This breed doesn't seem to be documented outside of Wikipedia, might be vandalism, though it could just be an unusual translation. I checked nbagr.icar.gov.in, vikaspedia.in, & allpedia.dkart.in. Mrienstra (talk) 16:45, 29 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Good catch, Mrienstra! Was added by an IP in 2014 with this edit, clearly vandalism. Just to confirm, it's not mentioned in Mason, sixth edition[1] – the Bible of livestock breeds. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 18:17, 29 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
