Truro edit

The Community of the Epiphany (1883)[1] he died on 1 December 1907.[2] This Anglican house should perhaps be mentioned.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 11:03, 26 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Bodmin edit

The Roman Catholic Abbey of St Mary and St Petroc, formerly belonging to the Canons Regular of the Lateran was built in 1965 next to the already existing seminary.[3]--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 11:15, 26 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Adding this went wrong in some way.

Glossary edit

"A Monastic Glossary follow the listing, which provides links to articles on the particular monastic orders as well as other terms which appear in the listing." "should have "follows the listing".--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 16:17, 27 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Tintagel, Cornwall edit

This citation [1] represents a view that most contemporary scholars no longer accept. See the article Tintagel Castle for sources relating to the current scholarly consensus.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 19:31, 28 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Grammar of lead section edit

"A Monastic Glossary follow the listing, which provides links to articles on the particular monastic orders as well as other terms which appear in the listing." All the articles in this series have the same grammatical error: Glossary follow the listing should be Glossary follows the listing since glossary is singular and the verb should be singular also. If there were more glossaries it would be Glossaries follow the listing.--Felix folio secundus 00:25, 18 June 2010 (UTC)

Not a grammatical issue but a single typo - easily remedied. JohnArmagh (talk) 17:42, 18 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Discussion about the use of abbreviations in these lists edit

I have started a discussion at Talk:List of abbeys and priories in England#Use of abbreviations which applies to all of the "List of monastic houses in X" (where X = counties of England) articles. The contributions of any interested editor would be welcome.— Rod talk 12:26, 12 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

St Carrok's Monastery #, St Winnow edit

I'm not sure about this entry. I think it may refer to St Cadix priory in nearby St Veep parish which there is good documentation. I've prodded St Carrok's Monastery.--Salix (talk): 08:14, 3 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
