I came to this page to find out what q2wk means. What does it mean? One day every 2 weeks? One day twice per week?

It means "once every 2 weeks". The "q" part means "each"/"every", and it works with any measure of time. Therefore the following:
qd = each day = once per day
q6h = every 6 hours = once every 6 hours
q12h = every 12 hours = once every 12 hours
qwk = every week = once per week
q2wk = every 2 weeks = once every 2 weeks
But the "q" in "qid" means "4", thus "4 times per day" (quater in die).
