"private library" is a misnomer? edit

- The libraries listed under the section List of libraries in Singapore#Private_libraries aren't really "private libraries". Even though they are not managed under NLB, they are managed under the respective schools. Aside from SIM, all the universities are public organizations. All the polytechnics are public organizations too.
- A real example of "private library" would be Singapore Sports Hub Library operated by Civica Pte Ltd.
