Links in headings edit

Manual of Style recommends against. Is this article an agreed exception or should we devise an alternative layout to cope?

How about making only the CONTINENTS headings (without embedded links), having the country names asterisked or something else that can have a link with no problem? Robin Patterson 00:45, 20 Jul 2004 (UTC)

I think there's a pretty reasonable basis for an exception when the lists are divided by location only. --DMG413 00:30, 11 Aug 2004 (UTC)

A bug edit

There is a little... well, not such a little problem with the sortability of the lists. Namely, the lists can't be sorted by any other criteria, but in alphabetical order of the countries, since there is no way to by-pass the "rowspan problem" In other words, by default, the arenas in the lists are grouped by country and sub-grouped by the city, but if you try to sort them in any other way, they become scattered and the tables become unreadable. It's a bug that can be fixed easily, by removing rowspan number and listing the country in every row, but I don't have the will to do that, so, if there is someone willing, I'd appreciate that.--Vitriden (talk) 03:52, 8 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Missing arenas in european list edit

The European list completely omits arenas in some eastern European countries like Poland, Russia or Ukraine.Rudi Maxer (talk) 14:45, 1 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
