To help clarify edit

All states in the Federation of Malaysia are referred to as states. There are no sultanates. The state Sultans or Governors are just figureheads to the elected unicameral state assemblies headed by their respective chief ministers. The other 3 territories in Malaysia are known as the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Putrajaya and Federal Territory of Labuan. Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia is inside the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. Putrajaya is the federal government's administrative centre and is bounded within the Federal Territory of Putrajaya. Labuan is Malaysia's offshore financial centre.

Perlis edit

I do believe Perlis have no district. Bilangan Daerah = Number of district. Refer to http://forum.mygeoportal.gov.my/smanre/tanah/luas_negeri_daerah.php They only have mukim (subdistrict?) and municipal.Yosri (talk) 11:42, 17 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
