Nice edit

Before actually viewing it, I was about to say "Do we really need a list when we have an article and a category? But it's really nice to collect all these images (and a little info) next to each others as user:Premeditated Chaos has done here! Still, I wonder if it is the rigth way. Ideally, I think the pictures should be included in the category page, but that is not possible. It might be a gallery in the article? Or, what I really wanted to say: Could we invent a better name for the list, like "Gallery of cross and circle games"? Is there a common practice for naming wikipedia pages of this kind?-- (talk) 09:20, 30 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

PS: I guess the common practice is to call them "List of ..."; I just think it sound misleadingly dull, making it sort of a "click-repellant" (an antonym to clickbait).-- (talk) 10:35, 30 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your kind words :) These types of articles are commonly called "list of". I like lists because unlike categories you can make it possible to sort them in different ways (like country of origin for this one) and add all kinds of comparative information. "Parent game" might be an interesting column to add, although I'm not sure the referencing in the articles themselves is good enough to support that. ♠PMC(talk) 19:44, 30 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Jackroo & Sheesh edit

Jackaroo is a very well known game in Saudi Arabia. Also, Sheesh or “As-Sijn” (the Prison) is a very traditional game in Saudi Arabia. Could you please add these 2 games. Thanks. 77.232.117.68 (talk) 18:28, 24 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
