 | This page was proposed for deletion by Chiswick Chap (talk · contribs) on 29 January 2019 with the comment: List's subject area is hopelessly vague and unlimited. What is "common"? What is a "pest"? What indeed is a "household pest"? What is its geographical scope? What is the purpose if indeed it's worldwide (since no one household could ever be affected by species from all areas)? There is no agreement either in the world or on Wiki about these things. The article is a non-starter, and as it happens also almost wholly uncited. It was contested by Andrew Davidson (talk · contribs) on 2019-2-2 with the comment: The page has existed for over 12 years with many editors and readers and so is evidently not a non-starter. |

Huge prune coming edit

- Hello my old friend. It's been years. Hope you're well. ....Moose, you say? In Canada, cockroaches and maybe termites must be the worst. And why moose? - Quite well, I hope all is well for you too. Glad to see you're not blocked out completely by the Great Firewall of China. You'd have to see it to believe it, they cause quite a mooseance! Page needs rewrite edit
This page needs a rewrite. It looks like it contains original research and the whole of it is virtually unsourced. Every entry in this list should be backed by a source that indicates that the animal or invertebrate is a household pest and such information should be verifiable. Thinker78 (talk) 01:45, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
Definition edit
Invertebrate: "Invertebrates are animals"; there is no WikiProject for invertebrates in general except WP Animals.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 17:35, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
What about humans? edit
Surely humans meet the definition of "have a history of living, invading, causing damage, eating human foods, acting as disease vectors, or causing other harms in human habitation structures"? Phil Bridger (talk) 09:59, 30 January 2019 (UTC)
