Why do some pages get merged here edit

How come Sonic Gems Collection got merged here, while other Compilations haven't been? It had a good referenced page with a lot more information than what this page contains. Other compilation pages still exist, so why merge that one? Chopper Dave (talk) 23:05, 4 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

References =/= notability. I felt that all it would end up being is a reception section and a list of games. And I left Sonic Mega Collection because it had too much useful content to merge and Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection because I felt that it had potential. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Sonic Classic Collection: Must get? edit

Is Sonic Classic Collection any good? I don't see a reception, and I'm deciding on either it or WarioWare D.I.Y. next time I get paid. 96.42.122.250 (talk) 16:55, 27 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

It's the same games you played a billion times before. I suggest getting WarioWare DIY. Chopper Dave (talk) 00:52, 28 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Sonic Classic Collection relationship with jEnesisDS - worth mentioning? edit

Turns out Stephan Dittrich, the homebrew programmer who wrote the JEnesisDS MegaDrive/Genesis emulator for DS, is the main programmer for Classic Collection's emulator. Is it worth noting that SEGA hired someone who wrote an emulator to create a commercial version for them? 193.132.145.151 (talk) 13:48, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Unless you can find a reliable reference and not a fan based one or hoax based reference. —Preceding unsigned comment added by JasonHockeyGuy (talkcontribs) 05:34, 28 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Title edit

"Sonic series game compilations" or "Game compilations in the Sonic series" would be more descriptive. With just "compilations", you don't know what kinds of comps you're going to get. czar · · 07:05, 25 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Compilation? edit

I'm not sure the listing of online retailers (Steam, Xbox Live, ect) really counts as a compilation for the purposes of this article. Sure there are games on the services they provide, and Steam I believe at least sells Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection and/or other Sonic the Hedgehog compilations, but compilations in and of themselves? I think not. It is my opinion these listings should be removed. --Sonicstormer (talk) 22:39, 25 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
