School Festival / Budokan edit

The listing for episode 4 said (it no longer does) that the girls were practicing for the "budokan school festival". My understanding is that this is a reasonably serious misinterpretation of what's going on. Their ultimate dream, before high school ends, is to perform at the budokan. Their interim dream, after the holidays, is to perform at the school festival. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shadebug (talkcontribs) 18:59, 28 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Summary size edit

Is it really necessary to have such huge summaries? I was under the impression that summaries should be nice and short, and only give a brief overview of the episode. I already compressed the first few, but it seems that people keep adding more and more information. Is there a general rule to follow here on wikipedia? Gyndanya 21:28, 3 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Heck, it looks like one of my edits was reverted by an ip here, re-introducing some errors that I had removed (and a lot of content). Why? Gyndanya 21:49, 3 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
Some people like to pad the summaries, but this really should try to be avoided as you've attempted. Roughly, a summary of the length of the current episode two summary is acceptable, though something too short (1-2 sentences) should be expanded. There's a gray area in this though; basically, only write about the important points of the episode, leaving out anything too detailed. As it stands, episode 5's summary is much too large, and even episode 1's can be shortened some.-- 23:00, 3 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Finale? edit

At the end of episode #11, it says "Finale". This insinuates that episode 12 is the last. However, this article says that there is a #13, and even has a name for it. Does anyone know if there is an extra season after this one, or could the information shown here be wrong? And if there is a second season, shouldn't it be shown to the reader? Both of the references are in Japanese, so I wouldn't know. 76.69.147.199 (talk) 01:43, 13 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ep 13 Bonus episode probably outside the manga adaptation frame. --KrebMarkt 17:40, 13 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
ANN has listed 13 episodes since the beginning of the series. Episode 13 may be a special anime-only episode. Other than that, as far as we know it will air the week after next. Fox816 (talk) 01:32, 14 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

RE: Section Name edit

I think there should be some indication about the two different seasons (one titled K-On! and the other K-On!!). I don't think that extra exclamation mark stands out enough on its own.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Wonchop (talkcontribs) 23:11, 6 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm good with compromising by including the years. I generally am against adding in anything like "XXX season", unless it appears in the actual title, as its unencyclopedic IMO.-- 23:11, 6 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
