Reliable source? edit

I’d like to help improve this article because it really has quite a few issues, but I think it might not be proper for me to edit it. One issue that’s already tagged is that most of it seems to be original research. And that’s why I shouldn’t be the person to fix it. Not that I don’t have (dubious?) cites, it’s that I’m the originator of the thought experiment the article describes.
