- Definately; This is a fine stub (good work!) However speedy deletion was better than having the original float around. Feel free to remove CSD notices when you improve articles like this. superfluous word

However, although, whereas, despite.... are words that should never be used in a encyclopedia.
These words can imply that one alternative is less favored than another. Structures where two alternatives are contrasted are more likely to have this problem than situations where the word is used to emphasize a notable change.
Are you saying your getting GA level with words like this??? Also i see you have passed articles to GAlevel. Do they have this words in them??/ Please read the guideline on words to avoid. Buzzzsherman (talk) 05:44, 30 October 2009 (UTC)

- Buzzzsherman, I've been writing encyclopedic material for a -very- long time, and that is completely incorrect. "These words can imply that one alternative is less favored than another." Yes, they are -supposed- to imply that. Furthermore, the guideline says "or used with care are listed here". Ottava Rima (talk) 13:49, 30 October 2009 (UTC)
