I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Never have I seen a more misleading statement, one full of original research that wasn't even researched. The three songs you refer to must be "I Love It Loud" (which was actually a "make-up" song, as it appeared on the album Creatures of the Night), "Lick It Up" and "Heaven's On Fire." But your reasoning is flawed. To start, "Unholy" was consistently in the set in 2004, as were "Tears Are Falling" and "God Gave Rock And Roll To You II."

To compensate for this misleading statement, I have altered it to state "As of 2010, it is one of only a select few songs from their non-makeup era that is still performed live." 99.40.240.70 (talk) 18:52, 29 May 2010 (UTC)
