No, it was a divorce case. There was talk of a child custody case after the divorce case, but there was no custody decided at the hearing in the film. The case was whether or not the woman was entitled to equal division of the assets even though she had broken the prenuptial agreement.--Scorp Stanton (talk) 00:42, 14 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
