Requested move edit

Since the album name was taken from the song, the song takes precedence for the phrase and the name. I suggest the article named Let There Be Peace on Earth be reserved for content regarding the song, and the content regarding the album be moved to Let There Be Peace on Earth (album). The article for the song is currently located at Let There Be Peace on Earth (song) but should likewise be moved, to be the content of this article.3FreeFish (talk) 21:03, 22 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I totally agree. I was amazed to find that the link led to this album rather than to the song. There may have been no article originally, however, as what I found just now for the song's "article" was not even a complete sentence; I have now added to that, with references, and would support a page move.Lawikitejana (talk) 06:26, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Let There Be Peace on EarthLet There Be Peace on Earth (album) – Album name is based on the original 1955 song and contains a cover of said song, which currently sits at Let There Be Peace on Earth (song). The primary topic is clearly the song; its notability far outweighs Gill's cover of it and his album based on its name. — Crumpled Firecontribs 11:59, 29 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • Support, if anything the song is the primary. So no primary is better than the wrong one. Randy Kryn 13:29, 29 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • Support; the original song appears to be the primary topic to me, but disambiguation is fine. It's clear that this album isn't the PT, regardless.  — SMcCandlish ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ʌ≼  05:44, 31 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
