Is Lo Wang a James Bond Parody or an Homage?

I just watched the episode with him last night, and I'd say he's much more of an homage than a parody. Even his name sounds like a sneaky joke by adults who revere the actor and the character. If there's any reason to consider it parody at all, it's only because of the overly-pronounced lisp, but that's common in people trying to imitate Sean Connery, as it makes the imitation sound more recognizable.

It's probably not important to anyone but those of us who really like this series, but I suggest replacing the line in Lo Wang's section, "His character is an obvious parody of James Bond." to "His character is an obvious homage to Sean Connery's James Bond."

I would make the change myself, but every time I make a change on Wikipedia, someone always comes up behind me and changes it back. For that reason, I'm merely suggesting it here, with the hopes that someone who can make changes that stick will do it.
