Hello, you do not need a hatnote for an article that is already disambiguated. They usually belong on articles that do not have any disambiguation terms (which means that it is the primary topic). For example, Les Misérables has a hatnote but Les Misérables (2012 film) does not. Erik (talk | contribs) 16:33, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
