This article needs a major rewrite as it seems to completely gloss over things like the spectacular truancy rate and incredibly low attainment of students and instead reads like a prospectus. Coolug (talk) 09:39, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
The article has indeed been reduced to a few sentences: I removed statements that were unsourced and still read like a brochure.
